    Default new straight razor I bought today!

    Bought this today at a flea market! can any one help me out and maybe tell me some more about it? there is a piece missing in bottom of the scale. but the cutting edge is great no chips or cracks! and it feels like to me that the scale are made of some kind of bone/horn??? Name:  IMG_0243.jpg

    Wade & Butcher and they are Horn but pretty dried out..

    Not sure but something about the look of the grind makes me think this might have been re-ground into a Hollow, many of the older near wedges were around the 1900's

    I am not sure what horn they actually used back then, most likely whatever was the cheapest to get
