Welcome to SRP. I believe you will find that your scales are made of celluloid and not bone or ivory. If you take the time to look through the Wiki you will find information on how to identify bone and ivory.

Thanks Walt. I will check it out . Is there any material on the trademarks to date these razors?

It would be helpful if your photos were a little larger and showed closer details of the stampings, etc. Judging from what I can see in your photos, these scales may not be original to your razor. The pivot pin looks to be much larger and more amateurish than the wedge pin. Also, the material covering the tang looks different than the scales. It's possible that the tang covering could be ivory and, perhaps, the original scales were ivory also. Judging from the worked spine, this was a higher grade of W&B and may have been part of a set. That pattern of scale is found on a number of different razors. Below is a Cattaraugus that is similar in design.

    Regards - Walt
