Thread: First new razor

I just ordered a new Dovo Flowing and a strop from SRD. Can't wait to take it for a spin. I had to call to get some input on my choices, though, because I was really torn between that, the Bismark and the Master's. Anyone else have any of these?

Cant go wrong with any of those Dovo's. The Flowing is really beautiful, congrats on the buy and welcome!

I also bought the Dovo Flowing from SRD; it's a great razor I'm sure you'll be pleased to use. The Master's would've been my second choice, FWIW. SRD ships fast, so you'll have your new razor and strop soon enough. Cheers!

I have both the Flowing and the Master's.

They are both great, I think the Flowing has it on looks, but I use the Master's a lot more often as it's stainless and I don't bother oiling it after each shave. I also use the Master's for travel as it's a little easier to look after in that respect.

You're right, it doesn't exist to me....YET. It's currently in the ether of US Postal Service and Canada Post. But it is on it's way. I'll post a couple of pics once I get my mitts on it.

That's good info, Easyace. I'll definitely look at the Masters when I'm ready for another new purchase.
