Thread: Spanish Point. Has anyone seen one actually made in Spain?????

I have been searching unsuccessfully for an example of a Spanish made razor with a "Spanish Point" :-

I have seen them made by German and French manufacturers but not Spanish!!

Any photos or info appreciated.

I've never seen one, but I've asked almost the same question.

lol the only spanish points I have are old sheffields!

I ain't so sure they are even called Spanish Points that might be a fairly new name, the older references call that type of point a "Dreadnought"

not to worry we haven't found an old reference to a Barber's Notch either they were called "Hollow Points/Notch"

Ok thanks G that makes things clearer for me.
Well at least we know that French points (oblique) were manufactured in France amongst other countries.
Still its strange that the name Spanish point was given to a razor that is rare as hens teeth.
Maybe I can invent an Australian point, which would be really impressive since I don´t think Australian made razors exist o_O

All I know is that I want one (or more) regardless of what they are called.
