Thanked: 2027In todays world,some of us lose contact with todays prices,The newbs get killed on this stuff,not because it is overpriced.
It is by our standards because we bought this stuff for cheap, back in the day (by todays standards)100 bux ten yrs ago was alot of money for any straight,40 yrs ago, gold was $32 an ounce,gas was 50 cents /gal,in the late 60s you could buy a 86 winchester for 80 bux,in the mid 70s you could buy a 65 split window vette for 5K.
Someday, 1500 for a mint 14 filly will arive,and they will sell,I have mine,they are not for sale at any price.
In 20 yrs I will be 84,sittin in front of my puter watching ebay, and that filly that just sold for $7600.00 and say, these people are nutz,we used to get them for a hun
