Well. Tony Miller is fixing up my strop and I'll be getting a few razors honed this week and figuring out which just need some minor work and rescaling vs. which need more significant work.

I'm very excited. Now, I just need to figure out which shaving soaps to get. TGQ closed up shop, which I am very sad about and I'm out of my coral skin food. I might try mama bear again, its been a while.

I had my first shave last night in a long time thanks to aircoder! I got some one on one honing instruction, great conversation and good food. It doesnt get much better than that.

I also found an entire stash of soaps, creams, samples, colognes and aftershaves that my wife had packed away a few years ago. I was looking for an excuse to shave tonight, but after with, against and cross grain passes, I dont have enough stubble to shave yet.
