    What an interesting read - not just the bit about Durham taking over W&B - the political stuff involved in the cutlery industry at that time is very interesting.
    It's also interesting how many American companies were ramping up production in 1922 - between Gillette and the stock market crash, I wonder how many were still operating by 1932?

    Try going to Google Books, Search for American Cutler, 1922. There is a slide bar on the right that should allow you to page thru the monthly issues page by page.
