That had to be tough downsizing that much! 18's a good number though.

    I'm at around 30
I'd say 17 are shave ready and the rest just need a good honing.

Just gave two away to get some folks into it.

About to sell off a few to buy new ones.

I have too many from a practical point of view, but never enough from an interest point of view. That is the problem when you are an accumulator - there's always an interesting one around the corner - all inputs, no outputs!

60ish that I shave with (not counting individual blades from an interchangeable blade 7-day set). Probably 15 more beyond that, but I'm preparing to sell some that fall outside my interest range, which at this point has settled on oddities and pre-1850 Sheffield.

That's also not counting the three I just got from eBay and the one Glen has.

I can sort of imagine having all I'm going to get, but I'm not very close to that. I count my collection more by what I don't have yet than what I do have. (If only I'd gotten that George Savage the other day... I only have ONE Savage!)

I don't know, but I've got an Alembic Case on the way, plus one Dovo leather pouch, plus an old box for a matched pair of bigger blades. So I'll be culling down to ten soon. Simplify, simplify! And free up some $$ to grow my strop collection.

I think I've got 15-ish. I use some for woodworking, and some for learning restoration, and some for shaving. So, out of the fifteen I really only have three that I shave with.
