    Talking My new Boker 1056 find.

    Just wanted to share me new Boker 1056 I got. and anyone give me a time period for when this one may have for made?

    That's a pretty one, full bladed too. I doubt anyone could say for sure but I bet it is early last century because of the pearl overlay on the tang. I've got one too but no pearl on the tang on mine. All vintage Bokers I've had the opportunity to shave with have been great.

    The scales are very ornate as well, maybe faux tortoise shell.
    Is that a dreadnought point?

    Are you sure about the number?
    I've asked about it, because in the H. Boker catalog 1906 the similar razor has another model number - 2121:

    And 1056:

    So. In my understanding, your razor was made much later 1906.
    Overall very nice razor.

    @mastermason03 very nice! I have a other boker right now that is just like the one I just posted ( same scales and tang) but the blade is not a spanish point . its like the top one you have! I have been thinking about selling it?

    I actuall just found a 1056, but your find was much nicer, besides just being a higher end model.

    Here's mine, it's been re-scaled and is a bit rusty. It was 25$, I was kind of wondering if that was a good price.
