    Question Please identify what this is...

    A god friend of mine recently discovered his grandfather's razor collection. Grandpa was a barber of the old school!

    The collection contained a couple of W&B's (which I'll be restoring, separate thread), some Canton Cutlery (one of them also a restore job), some indiscernibles past restoring (cracked blades), and then the instrument in the following pics. I assume it's a beard and mustachio trimmer of some sort. Can someone please clarify? Thanks in advance, -o

    It's eraser/desk knife.
    I have the similar Wostenholm knife.

    Desk knife. Great work, manah, but I was hoping for something a little more exotic ....nostril reamer? Boil scraper?

    Yep. Desk knife. Also work well for shucking oysters.
