Default Soviet straight razor in maroon scales, translation/Id.

My uncle bought this razor when he was traveling in Russia during the 80s, he doesn't shave with a straight but he kept it as a keepsake.
Is there anyone here who can translate and/or knows anything about the manufacturer, any information would be appreciated.

Hello, I just joined the SRP forum and would like to offer my (native) version of the translation: "Narrow Razor"

    Best regards,

    Nice!

If you tape it while honing make sure the tape is blue... it's a Russian thing!
