Default A bit of a mystery

Hi can anyone shed any light on this razor's origins for me please. It might be a bit of a challenge.

Sorry about the lack of clarity in the pics, but all logos are very worn and difficult to make out.

This razor's makers mark says KALIF BROS. I have managed to tie that to Ernst Bonsmann and Wilhelm Kober. Bonsmann was a razor maker (solingen). Kober made military daggers and knives. Assumed the name Kailif Bros. around 1936 Nazi Germany. The name Kalif bros was taken from Bonsmann's most polular razor "Kalif"
Ok so far so good. The problem is that the trade mark (very feint) doesnt match any trade mark used by either Bonsmann or Kober. Now is it just me or does the mark in picture 3 look just like the Paul Kohl mark for "the fisher" ? If so then I am stumped. Any ideas anyone?

Sorry picture 2 is particularly hard to make out but it DOES say Kalif Bro.

The blade says "The WALTON" and the reverse simply says made in Germany

The other strange thing is that I was lead to believe that this kind of covered tang was later than 1930s, but I cant find any details of this comapny existing after ww2 and the English markings would suggest made for export. I dont think Germany was exporting to uk after 1939 or to US after 1941.
So if the company died after the war then it must have been made between 1936 and 1941 But would it have had a covered tang?

Ah well any insight would be appreciated. Not holding my breath though

    Thanks
