As the title says, I am looking at buying one of these. I know it is not one of the original Le Grelots. I like the size and blade form but want to know what X-thick grind means, is it like 1/2 or 1/4 hollow? I like a heavier blade. Anyone owning one of these have any comments on how they hone up and shave?
