Thanked: 10Vintage Silver Thier Issard Spartacus 889 6/8
In my search globally for a certain TI razor I came across this razor and decided to buy it. I have not seen many of these around. So I was hoping some of you could tell me more about it. The razor feels ligher, much lighter than my silver wing crown.
I would like to know the year it was made and what type of steel the blade is it. Can any one please tell me the best way to get it shave ready. If you have one as well post some pictures!
Thanks
George

I can say that I don't know much about the Thier-Issard...never having owned one myself...other than that they are highly regarded by many folks hereabouts. I just wanted to be the first to say that that's a real beauty! Good score...

Nasty frown... Will take a bit of work to get that shave ready - I suggest you PM a honemeister.
