Help Identify?
So i've been slow lately with the collecting due to work. Came across this little guy and thought it was pretty unique. Maybe a salesman's piece? I thought maybe someone could help me out with some info on it?

not much to say if no makers marks are on it..unless smoeone happens to have the EXACT razor with marks on it..might as well hone it n shave with it ;-)
