    Default DORKO Razor? ID

Please help me ID this razor, I purchased it in the early 90's and I had no idea how to use it back then so it eventually ended up in my fly tying den as a handy addition to my arsenal of sharp tools designed to help me catch fish Now I had a look at it and it seems to be a DORKO or ORK, not sure. Is this a decent blade to use for everyday shaving? I checked the list of razors not recommended and I don't think this one is on there.

It was made by Dorko and once properly honed will give great shaves. Beautiful blade.

Do you have the proper hones for doing a straight razor? I would hate to see a nice blade like ruined.

Yes I have all manner of hones, nortons 4k/8k, 300/1000, some small pocket stones 4000 and 6000 and a 325/1200 DMT. I do use them to sharpen other tools and knives but I keep them lapped and cleaned regularly. Do you guys have stones dedicated soley for your straight razors?

That is good. I was curious because you treated a very good razor pretty poorly which is amazing since you seem to have respect for all other manner of other tools. Anywho, enjoy that razor.
