Looks like Sheffield razors to me, because of the bulky tangs with the slight taper. I don't think they're regrounds, as the overall look is slightly modern. My guess would be late 1800's, judging by the relatively modern tails. My guess is that they are the same razor design from the same manufacturer, some Johnson made from 'silver steel'. Nice catch.

I agree with Pithor, I have a Joseph Rogers that looks almost exactly like this, same shape but different lettering. Its almost certainly a Sheffield.
