Thread: Am I Going Mad ?

I caught RAD last weekend and went from 1 razor to 10... Now to get them shave ready this is going to be fun. welcome, and you are in good company as there are a lot of new guys here as well as old timers. My wife's response when she got home from being out of town last weekend (now you see why last weekend i bought 9 razors hehe) and i asked her if she was upset that i bought a bunch of old razors was "no, now i don't feel guilty about all the clothes i bought!"

If you stay under 25$ a razor,including shipping, it's a healthy hobby.

Welcome to the madness. Its a fun hobby. Becareful HAD can be more costly than RAD. This is a fantastic site to have joined in the begining of your journey. TONS of info and helpful people. Dont be afraid to ask just dont ask what it might be worth.

I got into SRs a couple of months ago. Shortly afterwards, all I can find myself doing is reading and looking at pictures of soap, razors, brushes and aftershaves. Now I have more possessions in my bathroom than my wife does hehe

Weird? Hmm.. I think she stopped evaluating my mental state somewhere between starting to collect fountain pens and picking up pipe smoking. Oh and I got a hat and I want to learn horseback riding.

Recent victim of RAD myself.. i just dont have the funding to buy more razors :'( been unemployed for 3 months

If its not to much to ask, can you get a good picture of your blades engravings? im a total engraving/beautifully crafted blade whore..
Im looking at getting my next razor if i can sell some of my Paracord 1pt. gun slings.. I want a Damascus Steel razor!!! SO BAD. . . no money sucks..
I sit here on the forum and ebay looking at razors, find one i LOVE .. and this is all i can do ---> <--- cause i have no fundage

Yep you have it controlled then.
Once a razor acquisitioner always a razor acquisitioner, it does ocasionaly go into remission.
Remember admitting you have RAD is the first step to a lifetime of great shaves.
