    Default Mystery razor

I bought this 6/8 blade in the Classifieds about a year ago, and it is hands-down my best shaver. I'd love to know any more there is to know about it, but I think there must have been some blade etching that got buffed off. I'm sure the scales aren't original. All the text that exists is "Our Special" on the tang. Nothing on the reverse side. No jimping on the top. It behaves like Sheffield steel.

Rather than "Our Special," if you were to creep up on me in the dank darkness of my shave cave, you'd hear me crooning "My Precioussss..."

Anyway, does anyone else have one of these, with more info still on the blade? Many thanks.

Whatever it is, it's a fine looking razor and if it shaves great, all the better.

Wish I had could tell you more but I can't.
