    Thanks, Martin. Remember it took until just a few years ago for Congress to repeal the federal telephone surcharge that was enacted to pay for the Spanish-American War?

    Ammo was expensive and we did have a battle ship to replace.

    If it took us that long to pay for that party, how long will it take to pay for this current 10 year long fiasco.
