Default Stay away from this brand of razors

Now I know there is a place where you place Razors that you should stay away from.
But I cant fined it sorry.
Anyway I Sent 2 Razors away to Neil Miller to have them Honed, I had them both back today with some valuable info from Neil. The one Razor I sent him was cool , no problem there, it was a Dovo. The other was a Razor I got from ebay.
It come in a Pack with strop, shaving cream Brush. I know it was cheap as I didn't want to spend a lot as I didn't know if this kind of shaving was for me. I did have one many years ago, and its still in the Philippines.
Anyway, I thought OK, if I can get just a few shave out of it I will have an Idea if I still want to go ahead with it.
So I did try it well, lets say I put it to my face and could tell right away it wasn't sharp.I called the guy and he said ,quote, WEll I never said it was shave ready, Ok , Ok, I thought cos Im sending neil my Dovo I will send him this one too.
Well I had them both back today and Neil said it was such poor quality that he couldn't even cut the hair on his arms with it, also he said again I quote ,it has a serious warp.
So anyway Im waiting for this guy to get back to me, to see what he has to say.
But here is the link to his sale on Ebay ,lets also remember no matter how much he is selling them for, the product still has to be in a fit state for what it is intended to be used for.

Most razors when coming from the factory are not "shave" ready, but that kind of razor will never be shave ready.. There are a ton of those on sleazebay.. You have to study up (on this site) on what to avoid..

What you have , is known as a "RSO" (razor shaped object) . Stay away from flashy "bargain" razors . They're nothing but a waste of money .

If you keep checking the SRP classifieds there are great shave ready starter razors every week. One of my favorite razors is a "Hardware Store" brand from the classifieds. They come shave ready, many with re-honing for the price of postage. SRD also has some great entry level razors that come with a re-honing in the deal.

    Good luck!

Don't feel too bad - I bought TWO of these before I found this resource.....
I got one of them to shave - the other one is a utility knife in my workshop.
    The strop was cr%p too
Hang on and enjoy the ride...

One good thing about your purchase, 20x STYPTIC MATCHES.......With a razor like that you will need them
