Thanked: 116Griffon CUtlery - Antelope #16
Picked this up for next to nothing, in some scales off of my buddies bismarck until I figure out what I want done with the scales. Possibly gunna do a full resto'/custom scales from someone here.
Let me know what you think and enjoy

Those are are of the classiest and best-looking straights available. I've handled a couple, loved 'em. It's such a dramatic shape to begin with that maybe it deserves some equally dramatic scales.Be sure to show it in its new clothes.

Thanked: 116I've talked to Max Sprecher about doing a resto on this and just have to save up the funds. I'm military and have a new baby boy, a dog, an expensive Italian wife and car payments, so it might not be until the new year that I can afford his services but I think I've decided that I want his hands to be the one touching my girl!
As for now it's an OK shaver, not my best but not my worst. It's a larger blade than i'm used to and even though it's shoulderless i'm finding it difficult to hone.

That Antelope is a sexy blade! Somehow, I let one get away! You have something nice from which to work!
"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.
