According to the Cutlery trademark registration office in France, the first trademark for Thiers Issard was in 1889, the number 69 with a crown.
In 1890 they added 17 with a crown.
In 1910 quite a few new entries, Bijou de France, Gnome, TI69, and the name company change to Thiers Issard et Fils!
In 1913, added Triumph-razor, Damascus and Thiers issard et fils Garanti,Le petit francais,L'etincelant,6969.
In 1914, the first entry for Le Dandy, Le transatlantic.
1919 Spartacus, Skating razor, and more
1932 entries, Continental,L'eclatant etc
1948 shows quite a design change with some fancy etching for L'etincelant,Le transatlantique.
1954 hollow ground trademark fully warranted.

Hopefully it might help some in dating your TI.Note that the registry goes from 1800 to 1980 so you wont find Ti newer trademarks.
