    Default Italian razor Medusa

This is the work of an italian artisan which made custom razor, this one is his last product.
Razor is a 1/4 hollow ground, made with a stainless steel 440c and horn handle and lapis-lazulis spacers.
This type is branded praying mantis, like you can see on front picture the nice work on the wedge that would remind the praying mantis head.Great work and great shaver.
The leather razors bag that you can see in the last picture is made from another master artisan which produce also wonderfull strops.

    Hope you like

That is a beautiful piece. I love the markings in the hollow of the blade. And what is that wedge material? Amazing work.

    Lapis-lazulis spacers.

That's beautiful, I already knew and since some time I asked for mine to that artisan.
That would be great if I could get it before Christmas.

Very nice! Where is this artisan, and what's his name?

What a gorgeous razor! Of course, while the scales are reminiscent of my surname, to me they simply spell "woodie"

Needless to say, I want one (the razor, not the woodie ;-) )

I thought it was turquoise when I first saw it. I'll look up lapis lazuli.
