    The blade won’t be the problem, I will try to keep the original grinding, don’t mind a couple of spots.
    It’s the scales that Will be more of a problem for me, cracked and little warped, the blade is falling through scales right now.

    Because of the chip I was bound to lose some width. So this morning I removed it and honed her for a testshave later on. With a bevelangle of Near 15 degrees I added 2 layers of tape. The geometry was a little off as can be expected but not as bad as other GB’s I have done in the past.
