    Having never shaved with a smile, I never knew it would really impact blade placement. I am really glad I read this thread. How is the stropping/honing for such a blade? Same? I gotta say though, that thing looks wicked. Can't wait for you to post some vids of it in action. Might have yourself a little promo thread here, lol

    I don't know about doing it with a blade as short as that one, but in shaving with smiling blades, such as the RW SRP LE, it is only a matter of using the point end of the blade and tilting it so that it is straight in the sideburn area. That is what works for me. YMMV.

    Totally agree Jimmy! It's just with this blade being a mere 2" long... it takes a bit more to find the right spot. Of course I am imagining that as I haven't used a 3" blade with a smile this big ever!

    Man if I had known I was going to like the smile this well though... ARG - I should have ordered the SRP LE!
