Thanked: 12Magneto steel razor.
Hi,
I bought this razor in a lot off the bay and am wondering if anyone has any info about it. I cleaned it up as the blade was a little darker with a small amount of surface rust and then set the edge and honed it. Seems to be sharp I have not shaved with it yet.

I have seen a couple of brands that had magneto steel stamped on the tang, each in different font.
Is there something, although faint, written on the back side of the tang?
This company made razors with magneto steel, totally different font though.

There is no stamp on the reverse of the tang. It seems to be more modern than say my goldedge or my redpoint as it seems to me more of an assembly line construction.
Down there between your legs, it is like an entertainment complex in the middle of the sewage system. Who designed that?

Regardless of the brand, she looks like a good razor.
Thanks for sharing her.

Thanked: 12Yeah I think it still needs some work on the hone as I am still learning that.. but I will be interested to see how it shaves. I have a couple other no name razor's that I will be lending one to a friend the other to my brother as they want to give the straight razor a shot. I feel like a crusader.. converting shavers left and right..lol
