C-mon Typ Coiffeur
I picked this up at a local antique mall the other day. I don't know much about the C-MON razors, but they sell for pretty well on eBay, I've noticed. This guy measures 7/16"

Does this razor have a specific purpose? I honed it up and shaved with it the other day and it actually gave a pretty nice shave. It is very nimble and a little harder to control that the bigger razors.

I believe C-Mon means Carl Monkhouse. I have a C-Mon "blackie" razor, and though I have not yet shaved with it, it does look to be of good quality. So far I've only heard good things about c-mon.

I've mentioned my C-MON wedge in other posts. It's a very good shaver. It's approximately 9/16 and it took an edge on my norton 4/8k waterstone quite easily and so far has needed only a few passes on a pasted strop every few shaves (I reserve it for my Sunday evening shave.). If I were to come across another C-MON I would definitely snap it up.
