I thought it was a Heljestrand , the crown reminded me of some of their stainless models.
As far as the Dovo, it was honed for sure, whether in factory or after that.

If you check out the dovo factory vid at youtube, they set a bevel n cause a spine wear

And that amount of honewear is really very little. It's basically what you can expect when honing a new razor. When you hone a razor, you cannot help but also hone the spine.

You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs .......
