Thread: Bismarck and Pearlex

I just picked up my first true straight. Prior to this I have been shaving with a shavette for the last 3 months transitioning off my DE razor. I grabbed a Bismark with the pearl scales. I was interested in the red, but saw a lot of posts and several sights selling seconds in the red scales for warping issues. Here is my Bismark
I was a little surprised I found theshavette way esier and more natural to shave with. But I'm sure it will take me some time to find out what this razor likes. The photos don't due the scales justice, they are simple and not overly done but have much more depth andcolor than the photos portray
