    Default Razor pedigree

I bought this razor off e-bay and had it made shave ready by Lynn at SRD (pre-honing images appear below). I know it's an H Boker and it appears to have original scales. Would anyone care to hazard a guess as to its age?

I believe that those scales appear in Bokers 1906 catalog.
    Very Best, John

I just went to a meet and greet and learned of a new malady - cell rot. As this is associated with celluloid scales I am wondering if these scales are celluliod or just plain old plastic. If they're celluloid, I will probably quarrantine the razor so my others don't catch it. Is there any way to tell?
