Gilette DE ID question
Went antiquing today and had my eye out on razors of both types (wanted to have a working DE as an OCCASIONAL shaver). Picked this 3-piece Gilette for $5, cooked it for 30min, cleaned up the patina and here it is. Other than being marked with Gilette, it's also marked that it was patented in Canada in 1932. Does anyone know the model? (The pink background is the lid of my sterilization dish )

I remember seeing a site once where
you could identify vintage Gillettte DE's.
Couldn't find it though. Perhaps someone
else will have better luck.

Thanks for the info Josh. I'll try it out with a Derby blade before going out tonight.

Thanked: 15Thanks RT. That link helped me date one of my DE's to Jan. 13 1920. Going to use it to date a couple more of mine after I find them since I have several boxes of stuff laying around after the move.

Ok, now I'm confused. This one has been identified as Tech by people here and on SMF, but the 1932 patent date indicates either 134 or 160. What's the deal?
