    There could be the problem, Well Water is an unknown, I have tons of different issues from our well water. it really just depends on what your well is producing..

    The alcohol wipe is probably your best bet, to get the blade to a neutral state..

    "scum" on curtains and everywhere in the bathroom is LIMESCALE, on the blade it is rather soap scum - Soap scum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
