    Default Charity Shop Find

    Can anybody tell me about this razor please brought from a charity shop for a £5 ($6.50 ) on the blade it has the word "CARMEN " on the Tang it has the Number 6 followed by the words "GARANTIE" SOLINGEN here are two Photos The razor is still very sharp

    All I can find is a listing for Carmen razors, made in Germany 1920-1940+-

    Goedecke & Co. GmbH, Solingen-Merscheid in 1900 and 1925, Beethovenstrasse 258-60 in 1939 was the owner of the Carmen trademark.
