    Yup, that's been around a while, but always great to see it pop up as it's a classic. On a side note... you'll find the illustration on page 13 strikingly similar to the avatar of yours truly... ;-)

    Cool booklet. The different types of materials used for strops is interesting, including porpoise hide. Some member here relatively recently picked up a porpoise strop on e-bay. I wonder how it's working out.
