    Eyam, plague village. Fantastic graveyard round the church. Could well be a family name as well though. As to date, I'd guess late 18th/early 19th cent. personally (and lean towards the earlier). With a bit of luck, Neil Miller or Manah will be along with real information.

    Interesting indeed! I'm putting a guess at around 1810-1820?
