    Default A good day...

Yesterday I had the opportunity to spend time with Geezer. He demonstrated his technique of cleaning up a few of my Gillette DE's ( works pretty good! ) and also started to make some acrylic scales for one of my handmade razors. It is up to me to ,finish the scales, mostly just sanding and polishing. I will post more photos of that later.
I made both of razors ( blades) in the photos.
    Here are a few pics..........

More pics of the blades and scales in the next few days. Mother Nature has decided to keep me indoors til next Friday. Sub-zero temps here in Minnesota for the next few days so I will have time to work on that project

would you be kind enough to share a few of the techniques that were used to clean up the DE razors? I have a few that I use but would really like to hear about some more tips on it.
