    Question Can someone please tell me what brand this is? (wapi or whatever maby?)

    I got this as a gift. I am pretty sure it is made by the company that i can't spell or even say lol wapi something but does anyone else know? heres some shots of it. no markings on the razor or box anywhere at all.

    looks like a Wapencia (not sure of spelling) Great shavers, but most feel unbalanced due to the scales.

    it does look like a Wapiencia (sp?) there are 2 main versions one with no markings and the other with "sfk" in a triangle. The marked ones always seemed better. Some of these are great and some have steel that seems to crumbles after the first few honings.

    my memory my very well be faulty though.

    Are these the ones that are made in Poland. There was something on one of the sites other last year about them. They were new old stock??? Not sure.

    Nope Jim, yer memory is still working my friend..

    It was some of the heels that had issues in the old days, they would be good for a few honings then all of a sudden about 3-4 honings in, you would find bad steel..

    The heel would just crumble as you honed it
