Information on straights edges
Hello honorable members of SRP,
I am looking at a few razor but 4 out of the 7 are ones i have never heard of. I can not offer pictures.
1.Diamondine 1005
2.Jr Torre
3.Solingen Torwart(i know that solingen is where the blade has been forged)
4.Hooton
Any information i could be giving would be very appreciated.

well i used a diamondine 1005 today and have actually been using it for 2 weeks straight and it has been working fine.
the others i have not seen are your sure of the spelling of the names?

Place "diamondine" into key word search in "Advanced" search feature on SRP. for some threads, there are several.
2.The J.R. Torrey Co", Worcester, Massachusetts existed 1858 - 1963.
The Joseph R.Torrey Razor Company was founded in 1858 to make razor strops,
and to sell straight razors. In 1880, they started manufacturing razors.
The razors they had dealt in prior to this were inported from Sweden and England.
