Default Joseph Rodgers restored by Neil Miller

    Hi guys,

Just wanted to share this, it's a Joseph Rodgers I picked up a wee while back in a bit of a state, not horrendous but in need of new scales and some loving.

Sent it off to Mr Miller and he sent me this back.....

Not shaved with it yet but tomorrow can't come quick enough. I'm just a bit excited.

Well, I couldn't wait. It weighs a tonne but in one pass, well, it brilliant.

Have to go carful on the touch as it is heavier. Have a wee bit of burn on the neck to prove it but what a razor.

It does have the littlest bit of pitting left but it gives it character. Thanks for the compliment, I'm one very happy bunny.

Note to self: it has a pointy, sharp, square bit. Be carful around the chin!

I have fielded a few Rodgers of varying ages and they are all outstanding to shave with. Congratulations!

I see me and Joseph here having a long and happy relationship.

The edge is fantastic, barely feel it taking the bristle at all.

I want another one! Wife said no. We shall see

Dave sorry in advance I could not help myself. "I want another one! Wife said no." Another Wife? Sorry again I know you meant a JR&S razor.
