Only then can you start to think about 'usable' because depending on what it looks like clean, you might need to settle for keeping it clean and safe as an heirloom.

But even in worst case that it won't be a shaver you're still better off than a lot of us who haven't got any passed down razors, take good care of it and the best of luck!
