Dear Fellow Razorheads-Did W&B make these in hollow ground and also wedge style? The reason I ask is that I have bid on a nice used W & B that appears to have a ridge on the blade about halfway down running the entire length of the blade, with a definite wedge shape looking at the end of the blade. Would this be honed using the spine as a bevel guide? If not, how would one hone this? Always wanted a W&B and would love to try to hone this if I can get it at a fair price.
