They are a Korean version of the Feather Artist, will even take the feather blades but at a fraction of the price of a Feather razor.
Just managed to work out the the korean version of ebay and ordered a brand new one for £19.68 inc. shipping to the Uk (total price in dollars was $28.46)
Build quality is suppose to very good with solid proper metal construction although the finish of the handle is suppose to be slightly below that of the feather but for the price ill quite happily live with that
plenty of reviews floating around of them all with positive comments.Last edited by markj113; 03-09-2013 at 12:53 PM.

They are a fantastic value. They are a copy of the Feather RG. I've had mine for two months and I have zero complaints. There is a B&B member living in South Korea who randomly sells them on their BST for $30. That includes international shipping.

Had my 1st shave w/ mine today w/ the super pro blades. Really like it. Very smooth, sharp & comfortable. Fit & finish is not as good as the SS I had previously but the price differential explains that. Does a good job though. Definitely prefer the head design to the SS. I found it allows pretty much the same angles/technique as a traditional straight (albeit much sharper), whereas the SS felt almost like a DE on a stick (the bulge @ the end coupled w/ less blade exposure forced me into steeper angles than some parts of my face cared for). Won't replace my regular straights as I enjoy the ritual too much but really nice razor for the price.
