I have a very nice looking 6/8 I got from John. It shaves just fine and strops easily. Enjoy.

I have one bought a few years ago. It's a great shaver but required a good bit of work to get shave ready. I have been told the new ones are much improved. You might want to talk to Lynn about the new ones SRD is selling.
