    It looks like a 4/8 which is a size some guys like, I'm not one of them. The photos are poor on my monitor so I really cannot assess the condition. Honing, unless you do your own, will cost you twenty bucks + postage both ways. As long as there are no unseen cracks in the blade or scales (handles) it is not a bad deal, but not a 'good' deal AFAIC. Get it honed up and I hope it turns out to be a good shaver for you.
