Thread: Bird, Bird, Bird, "The Bird" is the word . . .

"The Bird" may be the word, but this Bird is a question mark. Has anyone ever come across one of these guys? "The Bird" is all that is stamped on the tang. The scales and the spacer are made of al-you-min-i-yum. It's a good shaver, but I've never come across any mention of this razor. Anyone have a good idea?

I saw one of those on bay a while back, but I don't remember if it had aluminum scales. It looks like a nice razor.

Just make sure it doesn't fly out the window.

Not necessarily. I think that the razors used in hospitals had stainless steel scales.

I had one of these in yellow plastic scales. Never honed it and got rid of it a while ago, so I can't comment there. But it definitely wasn't a medical razor.

Figuratively it is going out the window since I was thinking about putting it in the classifieds for sale.
