    Default Question about a straight

    Are Straight Razor 5/8" "LUTZ" SOLINGEN good straights to use? Has anyone here used one and is this a good razor for a newbie thats never used a straight before?

    I don't really know but if it's an older one then it's probably good enough to be using. I'd say give it a shot and let us know

    I have a Lutz (52 on the tang, model#?) that shaves very well. I say give it go.

    I have a Lutz of Solingen in 6/8 width that has given me satisfying shaves.
