    Congratulations. That is a beautiful set as is. With little work it can be a real gem. The scales look like bone to me but I am no expert. Enjoy.

    Beautiful 7 day set there. I only have one BISMARCK. Wish I had more. This one shaves great.

    Just an update on these razors: I do believe they are made of horn material handles, and they have virtually zero hone wear! I cleaned them up and honed them to shave ready,, which it did not take too long. They seemed to be just like "makers shave ready" but I went ahead and gave them a Thuringian hone, linen and leather stropping. These Bismarcks are very good shavers indeed.
