I don't know anything about it except it was dirt cheap...
The horn is so hard it feels fossilized, blade seems to have been reground, lots of corrosion on the tang by the pin.
Hur Svenska stålet biter kom låt oss pröfva på.

Nice score! I am no expert but I think that may be bone and not horn. If that razor could talk I bet it has a great story.

I don't know why I wrote "horn", I know it's bone!
A little worried about the regrinding temper wise but that will show itself later.
