Might just be the camera angle but the Gotta looks to me like it has a slight frown. Lot of uneven honewear on the two larger blades. The Henckles looks good. If it was a gift I'd happily accept. If it was for $ I'd take the Henckles and pass on the other two. IMHO.

Yes, they are abit uneven, i paid about $47 for each, it is hard to find razor here for a good price. if i cannot save or use the razors, i will use them to learn and experement with and learn to restore razors.

They can probably be used once they are honed to shave ready. More of a cosmetic issue with the two that have the hone wear.

If these razors belonged to the barber, I would ask that he put them in shave ready condition as part of the sale price. If they are still good to use, as he says, then you will have three razors to immediately enter your rotation. But if they are hard to hone, you will soon know that, also.

Thanks for the advise. My Barber was only the middle man, he knows an old fella that are selling some of his old stuff, so my barber did the purchase on my behalf. According to my barber i should stay away from stones if i want to sharping the razors. He has a couple of straights and is still shaving with them, and he told me only to sharping on a strop. So im going to clean up the razors take one razor to him and he must show me what he does in order to sharping the razor enough for sharpning.
